Commercial roofing

Low-slope systems, restoration coatings, sheet metal and scheduled maintenance for property managers, facility teams and general contractors.

Systems we install

Deck condition, drainage, what happens under the roof and how long the building will be held all change which system fits.

  • Single-ply thermoplastic, hot-air welded at the seams. The default for new low-slope work: reflective, weldable, and quick to detail around curbs and penetrations.

    Most common new install

  • Single-ply and chemically resistant, which is what separates it from TPO. The right answer where grease or chemical exhaust hits the roof.

    Kitchens, plants, restaurants

  • Single-ply rubber in large sheets, so fewer seams on a large simple roof. Long service life and straightforward to repair.

    Large, uncluttered roofs

  • Multiple plies of asphalt and felt built up in layers. Heavy and redundant, which is exactly why it is still specified.

    Redundant by design

  • Torch-applied or self-adhered cap sheets over a prepared deck. Often the repair-friendly answer on an existing asphalt system.

    Torch or self-adhered

  • Structural and architectural panel systems with concealed fasteners, for slopes that shed rather than hold water.

    Concealed fastener

  • A coating over a sound but ageing roof. Extends service life instead of replacing the system, and can often be done without tearing off.

    Extends, does not replace

  • Spray polyurethane foam: insulation and waterproofing applied in one pass, self-flashing around penetrations.

Scheduled maintenance

A roof kept to a schedule is repaired while the fault is still a repair. Inspections, drain and gutter clearing, sealant and flashing work, photo documentation and budget forecasting, on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly cycle.

01

Survey

A first visit establishes the baseline: membrane condition, drains, flashings, penetrations and equipment curbs, photographed as they are found.

02

Schedule

The cadence is set from what the survey found. Annual for a simple roof, quarterly for one carrying heavy equipment or a tenant who cannot take a leak.

03

Service

Each visit clears drains and gutters, replaces failed sealant, checks every flashed condition and makes the small repairs that stop being small if left.

04

Report

A written record and photographs after each visit: what was found, what was done, and what to expect to spend on next.

Active leak or storm damage today? Call instead. Emergency response does not go through a form.
